SS-AO系列污(wu)水(shui)(shui)處理(li)設(she)備去除(chu)(chu)有(you)(you)(you)(you)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)物(wu)(wu)污(wu)染(ran)物(wu)(wu)及(ji)氨(an)氮(dan)(dan)主要依(yi)賴(lai)于(yu)設(she)備中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)AO生物(wu)(wu)工(gong)藝。其中(zhong)(zhong)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)原(yuan)理(li)是(shi)在A級(ji),由于(yu)污(wu)水(shui)(shui)有(you)(you)(you)(you)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)物(wu)(wu)濃度很高,微生物(wu)(wu)處于(yu)缺氧狀(zhuang)態,此(ci)時(shi)微生物(wu)(wu)為兼性微生物(wu)(wu),它(ta)們將(jiang)污(wu)水(shui)(shui)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)有(you)(you)(you)(you)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)氮(dan)(dan)轉化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)分解成(cheng)(cheng)NH3-N,同時(shi)利(li)用(yong)(yong)有(you)(you)(you)(you)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)碳作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)為電(dian)(dian)子(zi)供(gong)體(ti),將(jiang)NO2-N、NO3-N轉化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)成(cheng)(cheng)N2,而且還(huan)利(li)用(yong)(yong)部分有(you)(you)(you)(you)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)碳源和NH3-N合成(cheng)(cheng)新的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)細胞物(wu)(wu)質.所以A級(ji)池(chi)(chi)(chi)不僅(jin)具(ju)有(you)(you)(you)(you)一定(ding)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)有(you)(you)(you)(you)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)物(wu)(wu)去除(chu)(chu)功能(neng),減輕后(hou)續好(hao)氧池(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)有(you)(you)(you)(you)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)負(fu)(fu)荷(he),以利(li)于(yu)硝化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)進(jin)行,而且依(yi)靠原(yuan)水(shui)(shui)中(zhong)(zhong)存在的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)較高濃度有(you)(you)(you)(you)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)物(wu)(wu),完成(cheng)(cheng)反(fan)硝化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)(yong),終消(xiao)除(chu)(chu)氮(dan)(dan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)富營養化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)污(wu)染(ran).在O級(ji),由于(yu)有(you)(you)(you)(you)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)物(wu)(wu)濃度已大(da)幅度降低,但仍有(you)(you)(you)(you)一定(ding)量(liang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)有(you)(you)(you)(you)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)物(wu)(wu)及(ji)較高NH3-N存在.為了使有(you)(you)(you)(you)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)物(wu)(wu)得到進(jin)一步(bu)氧化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)分解,同時(shi)在碳化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)(yong)處于(yu)完成(cheng)(cheng)情況下硝化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)(yong)能(neng)順利(li)進(jin)行,在O級(ji)設(she)置有(you)(you)(you)(you)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)負(fu)(fu)荷(he)較低的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)好(hao)氧生物(wu)(wu)接觸氧化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)池(chi)(chi)(chi).在O級(ji)池(chi)(chi)(chi)中(zhong)(zhong)主要存在好(hao)氧微生物(wu)(wu)及(ji)自氧型細菌(硝化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)菌)利(li)用(yong)(yong)有(you)(you)(you)(you)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)物(wu)(wu)分解產生的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)無機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)碳或空氣中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)CO2作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)為營養源,將(jiang)污(wu)水(shui)(shui)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)NH3-N轉化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)成(cheng)(cheng)NO2-N,NO3-N,O級(ji)池(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)出水(shui)(shui)部分回(hui)流到A級(ji)池(chi)(chi)(chi),為A級(ji)池(chi)(chi)(chi)提供(gong)電(dian)(dian)子(zi)接受體(ti),通過反(fan)硝化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)(yong)終消(xiao)除(chu)(chu)氮(dan)(dan)污(wu)染(ran)。
由A級生(sheng)化(hua)(hua)厭氧(yang)池(chi)(chi)、兩段O級生(sheng)化(hua)(hua)好氧(yang)池(chi)(chi)、污(wu)泥濃縮池(chi)(chi)、清水(shui)排放池(chi)(chi)以(yi)及人孔(kong)(觀察孔(kong))組(zu)成。廠家直供地埋一體化(hua)(hua)污(wu)水(shui)處理設備,經濟實用,而(er)且設備投資以(yi)及設備運行(xing)成本(ben)投入節省,該技術成熟,結構設計簡單(dan),更易于操(cao)作(zuo)。
1、全(quan)套裝置施工簡單、操作容易,所有機械設(she)備均為自動化控制,全(quan)套設(she)備可埋(mai)設(she)地下(xia)或(huo)(huo)放置地上,設(she)備上方地表(biao)可作為綠化或(huo)(huo)其他用地,不(bu)需要建房及采暖、保溫。

5、生化(hua)池采用生物(wu)接觸氧(yang)化(hua)法,其填料的體積負荷比(bi)較低,微(wei)生物(wu)處于自(zi)身氧(yang)化(hua)階斷,產泥量少(shao),僅(jin)需三個月(90天)以上排(pai)一(yi)次泥(用糞車(che)抽吸(xi)或脫水成泥餅外運(yun))。
